Located in the very heart of Chișinău, near the National Opera and Ballet Theatre, Square Residence is a premium residential complex where modern comfort meets refined architectural aesthetics.
For the exterior, flamed 4x4 textured granite was chosen for stairs and ramps — a technical and aesthetic solution ensuring maximum safety and grip during wet or cold seasons. The precision of execution highlights the natural strength and elegance of the stone.
Inside, the reception area and ground floor feature a sophisticated combination of Dekton Marmorio and Dekton Danae, both in matte finish, lending the space a calm, minimalist luxury. The entrance flooring and the reception countertop are made of matte Black Forest Granite, ensuring chromatic consistency throughout the area.
In the lobby, Daino Imperiale marble with a 100 mm skirting and matte finish complements the warm tones of the wood paneling. The elevator frames, also made of matte Black Forest Granite, seamlessly connect the entrance to the building’s interior circulation areas.
On the upper floors, staircases, corridors, and elevator frames are clad in polished Daino Imperiale marble, while window sills are crafted from the same material, creating a unified and luxurious atmosphere.
By combining natural materials — stone, wood, and soft matte textures — the designer achieved a refined and timeless composition. Square Residence stands as a testament to understated elegance, where ArtGranit craftsmanship brings durability and harmony to contemporary living spaces.
